Roast tray, de Buyerbrand, innerdimensions35 x 25 x 8 cm (outer dimensions 41 x 27.5 x 12.35 cm), made fromstainless steel with a thickness of 2.3 mm. The tray is ideal for slow cooking of meats, steaks, fish, potatoes and vegetables.

The quality materialsthe roast trayhas beenmadeof– a combinationbetweenstainless steel,on the outside, andaluminuminside the layer – prevent deformation. These two materials haveexcellent thermal properties,creating a uniform heat distribution.

The roasttray has rounded corners and the edges are flat to allow for as easy cleaning as possible.
