Flexible baking tray for mini-cakes, from the "Elastomoule" range, de Buyer brand is the perfect solution to quickly create delicious cakes with a perfect shape.

The flexible tray is madefromsilicone with metal powder, withstandstemperatures between -70°C and +300°Candhas excellent conductivity of cold and heat. Thanks to the tray material, the cakes will not stick to the surface, and the elasticity of the traywill allow that the cakes beremovedeasily.

The perforations on the surface of the tray for walnut-shaped cakes allow for a proper hot air circulation, to enable uniform baking.

The traycan be used both in the traditional oven and in bain-marie. We advise you to grease the tray when using it.

It is recommended to place the product on a perforated tray before putting in the oven. Do notputthe flexible mould on the grill or in the microwave. Do not use sharp objects when handling the flexible mould. To be cleaned only by hand.
