Baking tray, aluminum, 60 x 40 cm - AMT Gastroguss

Tray, AMT Gastroguss brand, dimensions of60 x 40 cm, fromaluminum, with anti-adhesive Lotan® layer, product made in Germany.

All the AMT Gastroguss products are made from hand-cast aluminum by skilled craftsmen. Among the advantages of hand-castaluminum are: longer curing time, which prevents stress of the material, a homogeneous casting and the occurence of a smaller number of air bubbles in the material than in the case of mechanized casting.

The aluminum that underlies Gastroguss products is first sandblasted, for the12-foldincrease of the adhesion surface of the layers to be applied on it. The first layer applied to the cookware is made of titanium oxide, burned at20,000°C, being almost as hard as diamond. The following layers applied are: the anticorrosive layer, the median layer with ceramic particles and the non-stick surface layer calledLotan®.

This anti-adhesive layer can be found only at the AMT Gastroguss cookware and, beside anti-adhesive properties, which help to easily clean the cookware, it also has antibacterial effect.

Anti-adhesiveLotan®layer offers all the advantages of a classic anti-adhesive coating, but it does all this without containingPFOA.

Resists in the oven up to a temperature of240°C.

The tray can be washed in the dishwasher and can be used on all hobs, excepting the induction ones.
