The baking tray is designed for preparation of Tatin tarts: prepare the caramel on the hob, add apple slices, cover the tray and put it in the oven.

The tray, made from 4.7-mm thick aluminum, heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. The tray has scratch-proof non-stick coating for a quick and easy turning overtarts, while the ceramic base is hard and long lasting.

The tray is suitable for use on all types of hobs, except for induction one.

Care: clean the tart tray only by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
