Deep frying pan with glass lid, diameter28 cm,made from pressed aluminium, withXylan Plus non-stick layer,height of 5.8 cm, made byZokura.

The body, made frompressed aluminium, heats up quickly and evenly.The frying pan base is suitable for induction hobs and is 3.2 mm thick.

ThedoubleXylan Plusnon-stick layer with excellent properties does not allow foods to stick and is easy to clean. The non-stick layer does not contain PFOA.

The glass lid is fitted with a steamvent hole and stainless steel edge, and the stainless steel handle is coated with a soft to the touch layer.

The long high-quality riveted handle is made from stainless steel, with a soft-to-the-touch coating for safe and easy handling.
