Digital thermometer with instant reading - Zokura

For precision in the kitchen and like any self-respecting chef, or for the steak to come out the way you want, you will need an instant-read digital thermometer.

The digital thermometer, Zokura brand, made of stainless steel, with a rod length of 20 cm (rod diameter 3.8 mm), measures temperatures in the range of40°C - 250°C.

The thermometer rod is inserted into the meat, and the temperature will be displayed instantly.With the help of the included clamp, the thermometer can also be used in pots to measure the temperature of liquids (oil, sugar syrup).

The thermometer displays temperatures on the Celsius and Fahrenreit scale. It has an automatic shut-off function after 3 minutes of inactivity.
