The electric sharpener has diamonded discs for sharpening.

Sharpeningstages:

1. Coarsemodulefor sharpening blades made from steel. The coarse slot is used for dull or damaged blades.

2. Fine module for fine sharpening and polishing of ceramic blades. This module is used in case the blade is already sharp and requires only a slight polishing. This slot can be used for finishing and polishing after the first sharpening stagewith the coarse module.

The sharpenerhelpsyou to sharpen both straight blade knives or serrated blade knives.

Clean the sharpener with a soft dry cloth or soft brush.
