Rapid SHS (Surround Heating System) Double technology The exclusive De'Longhi technology offers exceptional performance by envelopingthe dishes in heat for even, faster cooking, as well as a variety of recipes. MULTIFRY allows you to serve all your favourite dishes, perfectly cooked thanks to the combined action of the two heating elements (upper and lower heating element), plus a fan that distributes heat evenly around the food. The heating elements can be operated both separately and simultaneously. One of the fundamental functions of the fryer is that of automatic mixingwith the built-in mixing paddle. However, the fryer can also be used without this rotating paddle, offering the possibility of classic cooking. How Rapid SHS Double technology works The system works on the basis of two heating elements that release heat, for a perfect cooking process. Thus, the food will be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, giving you tasty results every time. Also, the dishes will be ready in a much shorter timeand taste asdelicious.
The upper heating element (1400 W) works together with the fan and recirculates the hot air around the food at high speed, ensuring even distribution of the heated air. The heating element allows cooking with convection and grill.
The lower heating element (1000 W), located underneath the bowl, shortens the preparation time and improves the cooking performance for a wide variety of dishes. This heating elementcan work independently from the upper one for classic cooking.
