Howto use

By simply rotating the control ring fitted at the base of the grinder, you can easily select the right granulation size for each use- level 1 for very fine grinding, level 6 for the coarsest grinding.

What salt type is recommended?

For the best results, this grinder is recommended to be used with dry salt, with crystals of maximum4 mm in diameter, such as the salt extracted from mines or coarse salt. Do not use salt grinders to mincepepper or sea salt, as its moisture might corrode the mechanism.
