The peppergrinder uses a grinding mechanismwith 2 spiral-shaped rows of teeth to effectively grip and guide the peppercorns in view of perfectgrinding.

At thetop, the grinder has a knobtoadjust granulation. Rotate clockwise forfinergrind and counterclockwise for coarser grind.

Whattypeof peppercorns is recommended?

Black, white or green peppercorns, dried, hard, with a maximum diameter of about 5 mm,are recommended. Pink peppercorns can only be used in a mixture (maximum 15% of pink pepper) withanyof theaforementioned types of peppercorns. Also, dried coriander seeds can be used in the Peugeot peppergrinders.
