The peppergrinder uses a grinding mechanism with2spiral-shaped rows ofsteelteeth to effectively grip and guide the peppercorns in view of perfect grinding.

At the top, the grinder has a knob to adjust granulation. Rotate clockwise for finer grind and counterclockwise for coarser grind.

What type of peppercorns is recommended?

Black, white or green peppercorns, dried, hard, with a maximum diameter of about 5 mm,are recommended. Pink peppercorns can only be used in a mixture (maximum 15% of pink pepper) withanyof theaforementioned types of peppercorns. Also, dried coriander seeds can be used in the Peugeot peppercorn grinders.

The grinder may contain pepper for demonstration purposes and must be emptied before use.
