TheOoni Karu 12Goven is the most advanced portable pizza oven andgives you multiple fuel options for maximum cooking flexibility. Powered by wood or charcoal, the oven heats up quickly and is ready to bake in just15 minutes.The oven reaches high temperatures of up to500°C,baking authentic stone-baked pizza in just60 seconds.

TheKaru 12Govenis also gas-compatible. To expand your fuel options, you can use theOonigas burner(sold separately).

Whatever fuel you choose,Karu 12Gwill help you bake delicious pizzas. The oven preheats quickly and maintains a constant temperature when you add fuel gradually.

The fuel tray maximizes the air flow, resulting in a strong flame, which allows thepizzato be baked quickly. Maximum heat retention is ensured by the stainless steel body insulated with ceramic fiber, by the15 mmthick cordierite baking stone and by a patented device that keeps the flame going.

Temperature can be monitored using thebuilt-in thermometer.

TheKaru 12Gfeatures borosilicate glass door to keep an eye on the pizza without releasing heat, and theClearView™technology prevents soot and ash build-up on the glass door.

For safe handling, theSureGrab™door handle stays cool to the touch.
