The frying-pan hasa very resistant andnon-stick3-plycoating hardened with ceramic particles, being ideal product for long-term use. Also, the coating gives the frying-pan resistance to metal utensils and makes it easy to clean.

The frying-pan is made of very thick and non-harmful forged aluminum.The shape of the forged aluminum results by pressing pure aluminum (98%). This process is difficult and long-lasting, but it is an additional guarantee that the cookware will not deform. The base thickness is up to4 mm.

ThermoPoint heat indicator

The frying-pan handleis providedwithThermoPointtemperature sensor that signals by changing the color when the optimum cooking temperature has been reached. Thus, when the temperature is optimal, the Thermopoint will indicate the color RED. When Thermopoint indicates the color GREEN, the frying-pan is safe to be touched and washed. Thermopoint allows you to reduce the flame intensity and, thus, save both energy and cooking time.

The frying-pan has ergonomic handle, thermally insulated, for a perfect grip. The product withstands in the oven temperatures up to 160°C. The frying-pan hassteel guard at the base of the handle to ensure safety and long-term resistance, as well as to prevent wear and tear.
