This machine, made of18/10stainless steel,allows you to prepare simply and quickly a large amount of sausagesin one use, its container having inner diameter of 14 cm,height of 40 cm and capacity of 5 kg.

Furthermore, you can vary the types of sausages, choosing alternately among the 5 funnels for stuffing,of different diameters: 1.20 cm, 1.75 cm, 2 cm, 2.5 cm and 3 cm,that helps you prepare both thick and thin sausages, which,subsequently,can be prepared as dry or smoked products.

The machine has a securing arm whichgripsto the worktop, ensuringvery goodstability.

The product is also fitted with a pressing disc driven by the crank of the machine, being designed to tight seal the container and press the meat mixture in a compact manner.

Cleaning and maintenance:

-rotate the crank counterclockwise to take the pressing disc out the container;

- disassemble all the mobile parts and the funnel;

- wash the machine and its components using warm water and dishwashing detergent;

- let all the partsdry and do not reassemble them unless they are completely dry.
