Suggested recipe for 20 Cake Pops
Ingredients:
113g powdered sugar
113g margarine
113g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
3 eggs
Tools needed:
2 moulds forCake Popswith 20 compartments
1 set of chopsticksCake popsof 15 cm
1 tongs forCake Pops
1 stand forCake Pops
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients and place the mixture in a special mould for cake pops, covering 3/4 of it and then put an identical shape on top.
2. Introduce the combined shapes in the hot oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the glazes you want to place on the cake pops.
3. Using the gloves for the oven, remove themoulds and let them cool very well. After cooling, carefully lift the above shape.
4. Insert each special chopstick in a glaze and then in the cakes, at a depth of 15 mm.
5. Put the cakes in the fridge, until they harden (for about 2 hours).
6. Apply the desired glaze, dipping each cakes in the bowl. Be sure that you remove the excess glaze.
7. Finally, you can immediately apply different edible ornaments on the glaze or you can wait for the glaze to harden and then you can paint it.
