This product is ideal for cookingFoie gras.Very easy to use, theterrinedish provides an ingenious system for pressing thefoie grasand collecting fat. Specially designed for duck or goose liver, weighing up to 500 g, the lid acts as a press during cooking and the fat falls naturally into the designated area. The lid also moulds thefoie grasinto a medallion shape when maturing.

TheHR®(High Resistance)ceramic developed in theEmile Henrylaboratories withstands temperatures of up to270°Cand distributes heat evenly over the entire surface of the dish. The enamel used to finish the dish protects it from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly into the dish without scratching the product), making it possible to wash it in the dishwasher.
