TheHeavy Duty®6.6L stand mixer is designed with 11 distinct speeds, adapted to any recipe.
The speed 1/2 carefully mixes delicate ingredients such as blueberries and egg whites, keeping the air in the mixture as if mixed by hand. The soft-start function minimizes splashes, while the other 10 speeds enable you to process any ingredient quickly and efficiently.

Bowl-lift system for enhanced efficiency

TheHeavy Duty®bowl-lift stand mixer is slightly taller and has a higher capacity than tilt-head stand mixers.The bowl gets firmly locked in place in the 3 locking points, and can be subsequently lifted and lowered.
