Note:As it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the steel pan.

Advice:to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pan in the dishwasher. Before the first use, the pan needs a treatment by lubricating and heating with oil, to obtain natural anti-adhesive characteristics.
