Thisproduct is ideal to grate citrus zest off of fruit such as: lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, etc. or to grate hard cheese such as: parmesan, pecorino romano or asiago cheese. You can also grate spices such as: nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, while hot chili pepper can even be turned into powder. Customers have recommended that the grater be also used to remove burnt edges from biscuits or bread.

The surgical-gradestainless steelblade is very durable, and the handle is soft and ergonomic to give your hand as much comfort as possible. For increased stability, the grater is provided withrubberfeet.
