The mandolin gives you the possibility to slice ingredients into 3 different thicknesses: 1 mm, 2.5 mm and 4 mm.

The provided slidersecuresthe fruits or vegetables to be sliced and, at the same time, protects your hand from direct contact with the sharp blade. You can lock the slider over the mandolin blade when this is not in use.

The mandolin has small protective feet that do not allow it to slide off the work countertop. Also, thanks to them, you can slice holdingthe mandolin directly above the bowl where your foodis prepared.

The mandolin has a transparent surface that allows you to see the slices of fruits or vegetables as you are cutting them. And, due to the striations on this surface, everything you cut will come off easily.

The handle is ergonomic, comfortable, with anti-slip layer and is provided with orifice for hanging up to facilitate a more efficient storing.

The mandolincan also be cleaned in dishwasher.
