Ultra-coarse gratermade fromstainless steel,produced by Microplane.

With incredible strength and durability, this professional grater is of universal use, being helpful when you want grating foods of all kinds: cheeses, large vegetables such as potatoes or even cabbage, zucchini or cauliflower. The product can also be used for hard butter.

The product is provided with very sharp teeth, astainless steelframe and an ergonomic soft plastic handle havingnon-slip properties. The product also has a non-slip foot providing stability during use, and a hanging ring to be stored without taking up much space in the kitchen.

The product is part of the Gourmet range.
