This saute pan has 5-ply non-stick PFOA-free PTFE coating which is highly scratch-resistant.

Saute panperfect for cooking risotto because its shape allows evaporation. Ideal also for reductions or preparing sauces.

The "CHOC" range consists of products that do not deform, get heated gradually and constantly, their base is reinforced and the heat is distributed evenly across their entire surface. Also, the frying pans in this range have 5-ply non-stick coating, made ofPFTE,which is and durable in case ofintensive use.

The highly resistant handle of the saute pan is made ofsteel,secured with rivets and coated with a resin that withstands high temperatures.

The saute pan can be used on all types of hobs, except for induction hobs.Product also suitablefor usein infrared ovens at temperatures up to200°C.

Care and cleaning:Do not overheat the saute pan and do not leave it on heated hobwith no grease inside. Avoid thermal shocks and do not use metal objects in the saute pan.
