The peppergrinder uses a grinding mechanism with two spiral-shaped rows of teeth to effectively grip and guide the peppercorns in view of perfect grinding.

At the top, the grinder has a knob to adjust granulation. Rotate clockwise for finer grinding and counterclockwise for coarser grinding.

What type of peppercorns is recommended?

Black, white or green peppercorns, dried, hard, with a maximum diameter of about 5 mm,are recommended. Pink peppercorns can only be used in a mixture (maximum 15% of pink pepper) withanyof theaforementioned types of peppercorns. Dried coriander seeds can also be used in the Peugeot peppergrinders.
