The mechanism of salt grinders is designed to crush the coarse salt, being made of stainless steel which gives it resistance to the corrosion process caused by dry salt.

At the top, the grinder has a knob to adjust granulation. Rotate clockwise for finer grinding and counterclockwise for coarser grinding.

What type of salt is recommended?

For the best results, this grinder isrecommended to be used withdry salt,withcrystals ofmaximum4 mm in diameter, such as thesaltextracted from mines or coarse salt. Do not use salt grinderstomincepeppercorns or sea salt, as its moisturemightcorrode the mechanism.

The grinder may contain salt for demonstration purposes and must be emptied before use.
