Removable-base perforated tart mould,made of stainless steel, diameter 28 cm, with bakingpaper included, de Buyer brand

The tart mould is ideal formaking sweet or savory quiches or tarts.

Suitable for intensive professional use, cold or hot use, without temperature limit.

Pastries will be perfectly baked and even,thanks to the Ø 2-mm perforations locatedall over the tart mould surface.

The removablebase allows for easy cleaning. The tart mould is dishwasher-safe.

The tart mould is supplied with 2 baking papers that can be reused over 200 times. Use temperature from-170 to +260°C.
