TheMineral B Boiswok panis designed for quick and healthy cooking, perfect for low-fat dietary dishes.

The finishing is made withnatural beeswax that protects the wok pan against oxidation and facilitates theseasoningprocess before use.After seasoning,the wok pan gradually acquires natural non-stick properties.

Wok pan's "Lyonnaise" profile with tilted and rounded walls, with no sharp angles, allows for easy transfer of the food from the wok pan onto the plate.

The handle is coated withbeechwood which originates from PEFC-certified sustainably-managed plantations. The long steel handle is fastened with solid rivets and the beech wood is coated and protected with beeswax.The wok pan features an additional handle for quick and safe handling.

Thewok pan can be used on any types of cooktops, including induction hobs.

Maintenance and use

Before use, preheat thewok pan and add a small amount of fat. Dotheseasoningprocess before the first use.
Deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and gently grease the surface with oil.
To preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergent and do not clean thewok pan in the dishwasher.

Note:as it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the steel pan.
