Ingredients (for 8 servings):

• 1 can of fatty coconut milk (400ml)
• 5spoons offine powdered lucuma
• 75ml agave syrup (or honey, maple syrup, according to taste)
• 150ml vegetable milk
• 1teaspoon of vanilla essence

Time to prepare : 3 hours and 10 minutes
Method of preparation :

• Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix well.
• Pour thecontentobtained into the ice cream moulds (or into plastic casseroles) which you then put in the freezer for 2-3 hours, until it freezes.
