Lided saucepan,de Buyer brand, diameter 24 cm, height 13 cm, capacity 5.4 L, made from a2.3-mm thick stainless steel. The saucepan is ideal for slow cooking of food or to boil water and vegetables.

The quality materials that the saucepan is made of – a combination betweenstainless steel,on the outside, andaluminum,inside the layer – prevent saucepan deformation. These two materials haveexcellent thermal properties,creating a uniform heat distribution.Moreover,thanks to these materials, the temperature will increase rapidly during cooking, reducing the duration of the entire process, and will decrease as soon as the hobhas beenturned off.
