Note:as it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the carbon steel pan.

Note:to preserve natural anti-adhesive properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pan in the dishwasher. Before the first use the fryingpan has to be treated by lubricating and heating with oil (seasoning), to obtain natural anti-adhesive characteristics.
