The Julienne grater from the "Gourmet" range,Microplanebrand, made of stainless steel, size 30.5 x 6.6 x 2.5 cm, thanks to its sharp blade, effortlessly grates vegetables and fruit such as potatoes, carrots, zucchini, beet, cucumbers and radishes.

The ultra-sharp blade creates fine julienne strips. The stainless steel frame provides extraordinary durability. The non-slip base adds stability when scraping on countertops and tiles.

The blade made of stainless steel is extremely sharp, precise and durable.

The comfortable and ergonomic handle is made of TPE plastic and the base has a non-slip material,for a more stable use on slippery surfaces.

TheJuliennegratercomes together with a plastic blade guard, which allows storage under optimal conditions.

You can clean the grater in the dishwasher. The plasticguardshall be cleaned by hand.
