What kind of peppercorns are recommended?

It is recommended to use dry, hard black, white, or green peppercorns with a maximum diameter of about 5 mm. Pink peppercorns can only be used in a blend (up to 15% pink peppercorns) with one of the peppercorn types mentioned earlier. Dry coriander seeds can also be used in Peugeot pepper grinders.
